On Friday, September 9th, the 8th grade took a field trip to Bethel Horizons. The day combined a service learning project with an adventure on a high ropes course. The students learned communication, cooperation, teamwork, and giving back to the community.
Phil Bramley, the Adventure Director, sent a follow-up e-mail, writing, "THANK YOU! I thought the day was phenomenal. The work your students did was very helpful and very much appreciated. I was impressed with how engaging your students were on the ropes course. They stick out when I compare them to the many middle school students I work with."
