In the first year of the transition from FBLA to DECA at Belleville High School, the Belleville state DECA participants won two awards at Tuesday's competition in Lake Geneva. Belleville DECA won a first for solid membership and a second for outstanding chapter commitment. Mr. Farrar was proud of the group's accomplishments for the first year of the chapter!
