New Trophy Case Installation

The long wait is almost over. Thanks to contributions from the Booster Club, and what I believe Bart Morrick refers to as the "Old Track Guys," the cabinets for a new trophy case at the high school entrance arrived yesterday and were assembled today. We are still waiting on glass, paint, and some finishing trim. However, we hope that it will be filled when visitors and spectators arrive yet this fall for home volleyball games.

Thank you to the Boosters, the alumni track athletes, and the school board for coming together on this project. Belleville High School had been restricted in what trophies and memorabilia could be display in the only trophy case in the building. Now BHS will be able to prominently display our well-deserved awards and introduce new and historic pieces currently in storage.

Finally, we owe a huge debt of gratitude and appreciation to Korey Trainor and Finish Systems for investing so much time, passion, and attention-to-detail into this project. He has set the standard so high with all of the Prom sets lately, but he again exceeded expectations on this new trophy case!
