Thursday of Homecoming Week was "Holiday" Dress up day at Belleville Middle and High School. Both schools also had Dodgeball as their lunchtime game. Friday is Wildcat Spirit Day and will feature the parade at 2:30pm and the football against Cambridge at 7pm.
Mrs. Swenson's 8th grade Science students utilized a variety of materials and processes in groups to design an arm to pick up both a styrofoam cup and and full bottle of water. Students were continually testing with their own designs and comparing theirs with those of the other groups. Students had to rely on creativity and teamwork for this task.

Belleville Middle and High School started Homecoming Week by submitting their class walls and rocks for judging Monday. Check out some of the themes (Remember that we play the Cambridge Blue Jays on Friday)!
Monday night (9-26) also featured the Powderpuff football game. The Class of 2017 was going for their fourth straight victory in this game.

Ms. Andrew's and Mr. Swenson's 7th grade Social Studies classes hosted their first Middle School Market today. The students created some fantastic finished products and did a great job of marketing, while learning about capitalism and supply & demand. Even the high school teachers and students stopped down to buy what the middle school was selling!

The High School Marching Band represented Belleville extremely well at the Swiss Colony Cheese Days Parade in Monroe on Sunday (9-18). Mrs. Meir's students will also be marching at the Homecoming football game halftime and at the UFO Day Parade. We are so fortunate to have such a large (and talented) band for a school of our size!
