Twenty Belleville Middle School students competed on Tuesday (12-13) for this year's Geography Bee, having passed an earlier, preliminary round. The winner was Madeleine Saeger and the runner-up was Zach Thole- both 7th graders. Maddie advances to the next round in January with an online test to qualify for the state competition.
