The Dane County School Consortium hosted its annual Senior Recognition and Employer Appreciation Banquet tonight (May 4th) at McFarland High School. Mikayla Cann, Lexi Helsell, Dan Meier, Tony O'Connor, Musica Perez, Aiden Pottratz, and Grace Przybyl had participated in the program this year. Along with their paid job, students take (or have taken) a corresponding college-level course and get release time and credit for their work. It is a tremendous experience for students to begin exploring careers. Thank you to Mrs. Gartley, our School-to-Career Coordinator, for developing this program to provide our students with these types of experiences!
