UW-Eau Claire Criminal Justice Professor, Dr. Justin Patchin, spoke to 7th, 8th, and 9th graders at the end of the day on Wednesday (2-10), along with all K-12 staff after school, and 23 parents and students in a night session from 6-7pm in the auditorium. His message was that students, parents, the school, and law enforcement all need to work together to address the issue of cyberbullying and that we need to teach our children how to appropriately use technology, just like we would teach them to drive a car.
