Friday (2-5) was national Wear Red Day, bringing awareness to the fact that heart disease and stroke kills 1 in 3 women every year. The National Honor Society sponsored a Penny War at the high school this week. It was won by the Freshmen Class, with a late surge past the Seniors. Thank you to Mrs. Alsteens and NHS members for fundraising for and promoting this cause this week!
